Welcome to Saba’s! We are a family owned and operated food truck in Denver serving traditional ethiopian food for our friends on the go.
We believe in fresh, quality ingredients that fill you up and make you happy. If you are looking for something a little different, come try our savory and delicious dishes.
We offer classic dishes such as mesir wot – spicy red lentils and kik alecha – mild yellow split peas. We also offer modern takes on our favorite foods such as ya beg tibs – cubed lamb sautéed with roasted red pepper and tomato sauce. All of our food is served with gluten free injera – just like in Ethiopia. Come check us out, we know you will love our food as much as we do!
