The Sebelle river beginning in the highlands of Ethiopian,It does through Somalia, it benefits local farmers by agriculture and by drinking water for the people’s and animal’s it join in With the Indian Oceans.

Drawing from rich and complex flavors of Ethiopian cuisine, our menu features several distinctly spiced vegetarian and Vegan dishes, as well as a variety of meat dishes. Dishes are made in the form of stew or stir-fry, served with injera, which is a flat bread made from fermented teff and barley flour.

In order to deliver our healthy and fresh meals fast, we have improved recipes, cooking methods, quality assurance and process flow- all while upholding authenticity and quality. Letena imports quality spices from Ethiopia that are difficult, if not impossible, to replicate here.
